Operations department manages and processes all customer transactions as well as the bank’s support services and internal transactions. The major work stream of the Operations include :

• Account maintenance – opening, amendment and closure of customer accounts and update of all customer records
• Funds transfer – processing of incoming and outgoing SWIFT/telegraphic transfer  payments and remittances and processing of all internal transfers
• Loans processing - processing of all Corporate, Investment and Retail credit facilities .
• Payrolls processing – processing of all customer salaries/payrolls
• Standing Instructions – processing of customer and bank’s standing order instructions
• Fixed deposits – processing of all customer term deposit accounts
• Clearing – processing of all inward and outward cheques clearing
• Treasury and Investment Settlements – processing of all treasury back office and investment settlement functions
